Full job description
Responsible for assuring the Fastech capability conforms to customer requirements with proper documentation. Responsible for new product development.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS EE/ECE/ME/Materials Science
- Experience in semiconductor assembly processes (Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wirebond), package and process development, new product introduction
- With skills and knowledge on Package & Process development, Semiconductor assembly processes (Wafer Saw, Die Attach, Wirebond), familiarity to Mold process; AutoCAD, SolidWorks, DOE, Statistical analysis, Minitab
