Full job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulate, manage, implement and maintain QA/QC programs to attain Quality Objectives and Targets according to the Company Quality Policy
- Supervising QA/QC activities at thee site for all disciplinese and ensure continuouss growth of all QA/QC Members in terms of skills and techniques
- Resolving quality issues at site and addressing conflict with Client and Contractor Representatives and Project Management in relation to Quality
- Partners with the Quality Management Group in maintaining ISO certification, internal and external audits
- Verify quality assurance and control reports from project sites
- Conducts data analysis on reports made and develop process improvement and corrective actions of the department
- Provides support for the mobilization of the project to comply with the Client Quality Requirements
- Formulate and implement the Risk Management Plan for the department
- Adheres to Company Codes and Policies
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- Licensed Materials Engineer I is advantage
- With at least 10 years of experience as a QAQC
- With at least 5 years of Managerial experience
- With experience in Land Development, Housing and Vertical Project
