Property Specialist
(Title : Sales Manager)

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales Experience is an advantage but not required
- Goal-driven, motivated, and willing to learn
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Open to full-time, part-time (should be Real Estate Sales Person Accredited), and non-exclusive applicants
- Digital Savvy / Knows how to create and maintain an FB Page
Responsibilities :
- Market and sell SMDC residential projects across the Philippines
- Generate leads and build client relationships
- Conduct proper presentations and online/offline selling activities
- Assists clients throughout the sales and documentation process
- Achieve sales targets and deliver quality customer service
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
