Infrastructure Engineer (w/ automation in Active Directory)(Full onsite in Ortigas & Shifting)

Responsibilities:

• Support infrastructure-level operations, maintenance, and integration tasks for cybersecurity platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and secure connectivity
• Maintain backend systems and integrations for SIEM, EDR, DLP, SOAR, cloud platforms, and Active Directory.
• Assist in deployment and release activities for infrastructure components.
• Assist in infrastructure integration efforts and connectivity configurations.
• Perform system updates, backups, and monitoring of resource utilization and uptime. Support upgrades (OS/firmware), backup processes, and failover testing.
• Collaborate with Application and Service teams during deployments and upgrades.
• Contribute to regular reporting on infrastructure health, connectivity status, and platform performance across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.
• Participate in incident handling and remediation efforts related to infrastructure issues

Qualifications:

• 3 to 8 years in infrastructure support or security engineering.
• Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking fundamentals, and OS level management.
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools and experience supporting their infrastructure components.
• Has solid experience in Active Directory such as creating user account, GPO, reset password and has used Powershell or scripting.
• Hands-on experience with at least 1 to 2 security platforms or infrastructure tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR or DLP.
• Scripting or automation experience is an advantage.

Work Arrangement: Should be amendable to work 100% onsite in Ortigas and shifting

General requirement: The candidate should be willing to work on field especially if there are deployments related to the Network Security (Makati/BGC), if needed.

Also, candidate should be willing to support other Platform operation teams and vice versa, if needed and possible
