The Sales Manager role is to drive revenue growth by leading, coaching, and empowering the sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets. Serving as a vital link between upper management and frontline execution, the Sales Manager ensures strategic objectives are effectively translated into daily actions—ultimately contributing to increased Transcom revenue through performance improvements and actionable sales insights
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
People Development
- Onboard XPAs with their role and responsibilities and outline expectations
- Conduct shadow and triad observations on XPA Coaching sessions, huddles, workshops and pitch practice and provide constructive feedback and development to XPAs
- Collaborate with QA and host listening sessions to calibrate on sales and behavior coaching
- Consistently host agent focus groups to gather insights directly from frontline
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for XPAs
Insights and Analytics
- Identify data trend and analyzing key KPI's for overall partner overview and deep dive by LOB, team and/or agent level.
- Robust Sales audits review in place with findings shared out on a frequent basis.
- Sending of EOD reports to Operations on the running XM|GSR|Sell in Rate and Action Plans to improve. (includes raw sales, real time activations and pending sales)
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and projections based on trends and team performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Ensure Scheduling for all XPA OPA Huddles are completed to ensure 100% completion with in the fiscal month.
- Conduct weekly Partner/Site Sales Strategy and Improvement Meeting (SOW) to assist driving performance in sales metrics including MOM improvement in all Sales KPIs.
- Create awareness to support all Comcast provide Xchange points and incentives
- Strong partner program in place to care for Zero Sellers
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to optimize sales performance and streamline processes for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…
Educational Background: (or equivalent to Work Experience Qualifications)
- At least 2 years in college or Senior High School Graduate (for candidates with BPO experience)
Work Experience:
- BPO experience
- Experience in managing people / teams
- Experience in internal and external client interaction is preferred
- Sales and Customer Experience Work
Skills Requirements:
- Functional Knowledge

- Outstanding Organizational Skills and Time Management
- Able to be confident in front of people at all levels internally and externally
- Can delegate and manage tasks

- Strong experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Vision
- Knowledge in using Google Apps (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
- Good understanding of analytics methodologies and keen attention to details
- Strong understanding of Contact Centre Operations
- Desirable
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Trained / Certified
- Knowledgeable of Customer Experience Management
- Knowledgeable of COPC Methodologies
