Full job description
- College undergrad in mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred. Or a graduate of any of the following: Vocational Diploma / TESDA NC II and NC III in Refrigeration & Airconditioning Servicing Electromechanical technology, Mechatronics servicing NC II / NC III
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Facilities equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong knowledgeable in Preventive Maintenance of:
HVAC systems
Electronics components
Generators and pumps.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair:
Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems.
Motors, sensors, control system and basic hydraulics
Skilled in electrical troubleshooting and interpreting schematic and wiring diagrams
Proficient in the use of hand tools and testing instruments.
Skilled in the installation of HVAC and plumbing systems, including copper and
galvanized iron (G.I.) pipelines
