Job description:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including monitoring of client’s orders and preparing sales-related documents.
- Market researc and marketing calls
- Closing the deals thru phone calls
- posting promotional materials on social media
- Creating video and photo visuals
- sending quotation to clients
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of sales activities, such products presentation and clients concerns and inquiries
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Supporting sales representatives by providing them with necessary information on delivery and status of orders. Also, by getting another clients data base.
- Coordinating with different departments, such as logistics and operations, to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date status of local purchases order thru Shopee Lazada and all domestic suppliers
- Supporting the sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals thru promotion during after sales calls.
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per hour
