Quantity Surveyor Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of bid/ cost proposal documents to be submitted to clients.
• Prepare Project Budgetary Estimates based on plans and specifications
• Perform comprehensive quantity take-off, unit price analysis for the preparation of project cost estimates
• Review of specialty contractor cost proposal; Preparation of project cost estimates evaluation; Reconcile quantities and cost differences
• Prepare Cost Effect Analysis, Variation/ Change Order computation of contract cost.
• Track changes in plans and specification for recording of cost variation
• Keep updated material canvass, regional labor rates and equipment rates
• Prepare bill of quantities as needed ( permit requirements etc)
• Review and check site and head office estimates
• Review unit cost matrix annually
• Keep updated material canvass from Purchasing department( quarterly)
• Process material billing
• Review of site P.O for checking of specifications, quantity and cost of construction materials
• Preparation of material quantity and liquidation monitoring
• Reviewing of proposed plans and/ or specification for as per design B.O.Q
• Coordination with design team regarding possible scope of works to be value engineered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
