  • Land title transfer of the Project
  • Tax declaration transfer processing for both NHA/Private (Individual tax dec)
  • Tax declaration transfer processing for both NHA/Private (Mother tax dec)
  • Ontime payment of Real Property tax to all acquired lot
  • The liaison officer, as instructed by the GE/ACQ. HEAD, shall secure additional Certified Copy of Title, Tax Declarations, Survey Plans, Lot Data Computation, Cadastral Maps, and all the other documents necessary for checking and validating the identity of the land which is the target for acquisition
  • Other task may assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor Degree
  • Two to Three years related working experience
  • Negotiation techniques.
  • Documentation Management
  • Time Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
