Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative (Voice & Non-Voice) – Open to No Experience!

Location: Ayala North Exchange, Makati City (Highly Accessible Hub) Salary Package: Up to ₱29,000 package + Incentives + Night Differential + HMO Hiring Timeline: June 2026 Pioneer & Expansion Classes Process Type: Same-Day Virtual Process (Over-the-Phone) OR Fast-Track Walk-In

Who Are We Looking For?

  • No BPO Experience Needed? Absolutely! We welcome Fresh Graduates (College or Senior High School) and Career Shifters looking to enter the corporate world. High school graduates (old curriculum) with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply!
  • Got BPO Experience? Welcome aboard—let’s talk about your premium package.
  • Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed.
  • Amenable to work on-site at Ayala North Exchange, Makati.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
