The On-Call Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding and organizing patient information, medical records, and mission-related data during medical missions and outreach activities. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Encode patient information, consultation details, and medical records accurately.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining medical mission documents and reports.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of submitted forms and patient data.
• Coordinate with medical staff regarding missing or unclear information.
• Prepare daily encoding reports and submit encoded data on time.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the medical mission as assigned.

Qualifications

• College graduate or undergraduate of any course.
• With experience in data entry or administrative tasks is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Able to work on-call and during weekends or holidays if needed.
• Willing to travel or be assigned to different medical mission locations.
• Willing to undergo needed training
• Willing to comply all the needed requirements

Work Schedule

• Depends on medical mission schedule and operational requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.

Pay: From Php695.00 per day
