Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, trustworthy, and professional Private Caregiver to provide personalized care and assistance to an individual in a private residence. The ideal candidate is compassionate, well-groomed, respectful, and possesses solid caregiving knowledge and experience. This role requires someone who can maintain a professional demeanor while delivering high-quality care and companionship.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care assistance.
• Monitor and assist with medication schedules as instructed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or health condition.
• Accompany the client to medical appointments and other necessary activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the client.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while respecting the client's privacy and dignity.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the client's care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Private Caregiver, Nursing Assistant, or similar role.
• Background in elderly care, patient care, or home healthcare is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare procedures, medication management, and emergency response.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and attentive to detail.
• Presentable, professional in appearance, and able to interact confidently with family members, healthcare professionals, and visitors.
• Physically fit and capable of assisting with mobility needs.
• Willing to work flexible schedules if required.

Preferred Attributes

• Nursing undergraduate, Nursing Aide, Caregiving graduate, or equivalent healthcare training.
• Experience caring for senior citizens or individuals with special medical needs.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality.

Pay: Php13,437.50 - Php47,437.50 per month
