Full job description

Responsible for receiving, recording, classifying, and preparing accounts payable transactions. Ensures that all transactions are processed efficiently & on a timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures.


  • Receives and posts documents from internal/external customer
  • Performs advance payment for telegraphic transfer and duties entry and proposal.
  • Prepares monthly budget for duties and submits to finance.
  • Prepares budget for telegraphic transfer and submit to finance.
  • Prepares monthly report to Tax reporting for the end-to-end process of Importation
  • Handles weekly and rush payment batch run for all RGFC companies
  • Prepares budget and submits to Finance
  • Prepares transmittal to Tax Group for documentation / archiving
  • Prepares Tax Worksheet monthly
  • Validates, Analyze, compiles PPS per EWT Listing Reporting
  • Prepares and submits reports to TCR aligned to Tax Worksheet Data
  • Prepares and prints form 2307
  • Monitors digital and manual archiving
  • Monitors storage area and manual filing
  • Prepares manual vouchers
  • Performs reconciliation of supplier’s statement of account
  • Attends internal/external inquiries
  • Publishes payment through vendor portal
  • Receives and verifies employee cash voucher
  • Initiates or participates in continuous improvement projects
  • Performs other AP related duties
