Full job description
- At least 2 years Vocational graduate.
- With or without related working experience,
- With basic knowledge in requirements of EHS, OHS, Environment, Safety (OHS, Risk Assessment).
- With skills in documentation and MS Applications ( Teams, Basic Work, Basic Excel, Lotus, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Legal review, Contracts
- Provide budget information needed on processing quotations and PO by Engineer to be able to correct or to improve existing Facility Process
- Provide in-house monthly maintenance schedule and request any materials or tools needed by technicians before PM and monitor the progress based on the schedule provided by Engineer
- Assist senior staff with developing facility plans and strategies.
- Gather and compile data related to facility operations.
- Participate, attend or conduct company related activities as may required by Department Policy.
- Support Process Improvement Initiatives
