9 hours is the minimum but sometimes, no rest days, 7 days a week, if you didnot render OT, you will receive NTE/DA

You will need to earn your vacation which is called "earned leave". So this means after 365 days working, you're not still entitled to leave so wait for 1 month then that's the time you can leave BUT if your great boss will approve. :(
