Job Summary:

  • Assist patients with PhilHealth-related inquiries, requirements, and documentation
  • Verify patient information and PhilHealth membership details
  • Review and prepare documents required for PhilHealth claims and benefit availment
  • Encode and maintain accurate patient and PhilHealth-related data
  • Maintain organized and updated records of PhilHealth transactions and claims
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before claims submission
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information

Must demonstrate the following skills:

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written
  • computer literate and good typing ability
  • able to multi-task
  • team player

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year course preferably on the medical field
  • Knowledge or training in ICD-10 coding is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Pay: From Php14,500.00 per month
