Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to assist patients with scheduling, general inquiries, and navigating their healthcare needs. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare experience, a strong understanding of medical insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming calls from patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Assist patients with questions related to services, providers, and clinic locations
- Verify and understand patient insurance information (PPO, HMO, etc.)
- Provide clear and compassionate communication while assisting patients with their needs
- Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record system
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient scheduling and communication
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical insurance (PPO/HMO plans) is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Friendly, patient-focused personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while remaining calm and professional
- Typing speed of 55+ words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
