Assist Health is a USA based healthcare provider bringing access to affordable healthcare Nationwide. We operate 3 medical programs which are ColonoscopyAssist, RadiologyAssist and LaboratoryAssist. Our programs have helped thousands of patients receive access to affordable healthcare each month.

Job Requirements:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via phone.
• Schedule appointments with our medical providers
• Coordinate referrals with medical providers
• Attend weekly team meetings and coordinate with coworkers to improve processes
• Help customers navigate technical issues issues with our computer portals

Job Qualifications:

• 5 years of English voice experience
• 5 years of healthcare experience. Must be proficient at understanding diagnostic imaging orders and reports.
• Extensive phone experience with US customers
• Must have a college degree
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Willing to work from home with a stable internet connection and windows computer
• Excellent computer skills. Must be able to help customers navigate technical issues

Work From Home Equipment Requirements :
All candidates should have the following equipment

• Windows computer with quad core processor and SSD drive (MAC not supported)
• Dual monitor setup
• Noise cancelling Headphones
• Webcam
• Hardwire internet connection 200mbps or greater

• Working hours for this position are : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm US Central Standard Time
• Salary is PHP 35,000. Eligible for Annual raises and Annual bonus.
