Restaurant and Bar Marketing Executive

As our Restaurant and Bar Marketing Executive, you will support the development and execution of creative marketing initiatives for the hotel’s restaurants, bars, dining experiences, and Food & Beverage promotions.

Working closely with the Marketing, Food & Beverage, and Culinary teams, you will help tell compelling stories about our dining experiences through digital marketing, social media, events, partnerships, and engaging content—all while ensuring alignment with IHG brand standards.

Your day to day

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the hotel’s restaurants, bars, seasonal promotions, food festivals, and special dining experiences.
• Manage and maintain the Food & Beverage marketing and promotional calendar.
• Create engaging content for social media, digital platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate food and beverage photography, videography, content shoots, and other creative requirements.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to identify promotional opportunities and develop compelling campaigns.
• Support restaurant launches, themed events, festive promotions, chef collaborations, and other Food & Beverage activations.
• Build relationships and coordinate with influencers, media partners, brands, suppliers, and other potential partners.
• Support influencer visits, media events, familiarization activities, and promotional collaborations.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, guest feedback, and relevant digital marketing metrics.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify dining trends, guest preferences, and new promotional opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, promotional offers, menus, digital assets, and other restaurant and bar collateral.
• Ensure all marketing communications and creative materials are consistent with hotel and IHG brand standards.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and revenue performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure marketing activities are delivered accurately and on schedule.

What we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, lifestyle, or Food & Beverage environment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, content creation, and current lifestyle and dining trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to storytelling.
• Ability to develop engaging promotional concepts and translate ideas into effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative platforms is an advantage.
• Basic photography, videography, or content production experience is an advantage.
• A creative, proactive, and collaborative approach with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest experiences.
• Flexibility to support restaurant events, content shoots, and promotional activities outside regular working hours when required.
