  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, keep supplies stocked, and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
  • Handle accurate data entry, organize physical and digital files, and maintain confidential company records.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating administrative tasks across teams.
  • Prepare routine administrative reports and maintain daily logs or registers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Allied Health Sciences (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, etc.) or Business course.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or front-desk or healthcare setting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), data entry, and handling digital file management systems with strong accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven understanding of patient confidentiality and data privacy standards.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
