About the role

You will provide first level advice and support on key foundation and transactional activities (employee lifecycle, policies and procedures, HR systems) to the HR team, Line Managers and Employees within the company which enables key customers to enhance workplace relations and productivity in line with Business Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for English and French-speaking countries within agreed service levels (SLA).
• Ensure queries from employees are answered accurately, in compliance with policies and SLAs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities
• Ensure accuracy of information and timely delivery of documentation
• Administer check-ins (English and French-speaking countries).

Key requirements

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in a customer service or Admin role
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the French language required - must passed French berlitz
• Strong administration skills.
• Intermediate-Advance Excel Skills.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php95,000.00 per month
