Are you passionate about helping others succeed in their educational journey? Do you thrive in a student-focused, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a highly organized and service-driven Student Enrollment Assistant to support incoming university students navigating enrollment.

About the Role:

You’ll play a crucial role in helping student applicants successfully transition into their chosen academic programs. You’ll guide them through the enrollment journey with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency—ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to student applicants to follow up on their application progress, clarify enrollment steps, and encourage timely confirmation.
  • Assist with application queries, providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding program details, admission requirements, key deadlines, and next steps.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple platforms (phone, email, and chat), addressing concerns with professionalism and patience.
  • Document and update student records and application statuses accurately in the system, ensuring data integrity across all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (admissions, marketing, and academic departments) to resolve student issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Provide reminders and follow-ups to students regarding missing documents, incomplete applications, and pending confirmations.
  • Support email and messaging campaigns by responding to bulk inquiries and tracking outreach efforts.
  • Conduct needs assessments during conversations to better understand student motivations and tailor guidance accordingly.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all student information and adhere to data privacy and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist with reporting by compiling summaries of student engagement, inquiry trends, and follow-up actions as required.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing feedback on student concerns or recurring questions that may signal areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, administrative support, or any student-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, especially when managing sensitive data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with a professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City .

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • Any prior experience with assisting students with enrollments or university application?
  • Have you worked with any AU/UK client or customer?
  • This position will require you to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City for 6 months before transitioning to a WFH set-up based on performance or after regularization. Would that be amenable for you?
  • This position is for mid-shift schedule following UK Time zone, around 3PM to 12AM or 4PM to 1AM in Manila. Would you be able to work on that shift?
  • This position is open for entry level candidates and non-negotiable offer is up to Php 25,000 package only along with the standard benefits. Should you be hired, would be able to proceed in accepting this?
  • Can you start as early as possible?
