Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in timekeeping or payroll support

Experience /Training:

  • Knowledge of employee benefits programs, labor laws, and HR policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/benefits management systems
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
