Silver Goose 8 (SG8) International Inc., established in 2006, is a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming software company operating as a PIGO (Philippine Inland Gaming Operator). Our specialties include online casino games, poker, keno, lottery, and sports betting. We are different from POGO operators.

Monthly salary: Php 41,000

Overview

  • 8-hour shift per day
  • 1 day off per week
  • Starting salary of Php 41,000 per month
  • Annual performance evaluation with salary increase opportunities
  • Company-provided accommodation and daily transportation, plus a meal allowance of Php 619.50 per day
  • Every 6 months of completed service entitles you to 14 days leave with round-trip air tickets to the Philippines provided by the company
  • Minimum service commitment of three (3) years
  • A 6-month probationary period is required; the employee will become eligible for the following medical benefits upon successful completion:
  • Annual medical cash allowance of Php 17,700 - 8,880, and
  • Reimbursement of medical expenses up to Php 17,700 per month, capped at Php 177,000 per year, for eligible medical-related expenses.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, or support roles
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle different personality types
  • Good relationship-building and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Willing and able to work overseas on a long-term basis
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools is an advantage
  • At least College undergraduate or graduate is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with account-related or service-related concerns
  • Be part of the admin support team handling chat and messaging platform communications
  • Assist with basic finance-related coordination, such as guiding clients through payment processes, verifying information, and escalating financial concerns or reports to the appropriate team
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing team by helping relay campaign information, promotions, and updates to clients
  • Contact potential and existing clients to introduce services, follow up on inquiries, and maintain engagement
  • Support various marketing and customer engagement campaigns, including promotional follow-ups, client reactivation, and information drives
  • Understand customer needs, research issues thoroughly, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
  • Accurately record all interactions in the company database and internal systems
  • Work closely with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Follow company communication guidelines, processes, and compliance standards
