Core Responsibilities

Collaboration & Operational Readiness

  • Collaborate continuously with Global Trading Teams and cross-functional, customer-facing departments, leveraging data-driven insights toward a best-in-class betting experience.
  • Provide weekly demand-based cross-functional support. Keep customer-centric strategies central to trading initiatives and operational decisions.
  • Maintain zero unplanned leaves and tardiness; keep flexible working hours across weekends, evenings and public holidays for the sporting calendar; take on additional duties as assigned.

Market Settlement Execution & Coverage

  • Execute accurate, timely manual settlement of pre-match, in-play, outright and other market types (continuous, dominant). Monitor markets and events for settlement triggers, processing actions to SLA while settling in parallel (continuous, dominant).
  • Maintain individual settlement productivity at or above team mean/median on monthly counts.
  • Ensure zero incorrect and zero delayed settlement incidents — valid Manila Incidents Tracker callouts drive KPI deductions by severity.
  • Conduct daily 365-day market sweeps, including future and outright markets, so no match is missed or left unsettled.

Quality, Incident Support & Improvement

  • Contribute continuously to the Manila Trading Headline KPIs through settlement accuracy, error prevention and customer-impact minimization.
  • Participate in incident reviews and Team Huddles — learning RCA, problem-solving and action planning under Supervisor guidance — and apply corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
  • Contribute weekly to Trading process-improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain 100% policy compliance including monthly exams and process-update acknowledgments.

Trading Ops Administration & Workload Logging

  • Execute the settlement admin estate: Pushback processing, VIP/Tier-5 Export, tracker and report maintenance, Tennis Retirement processing, screen-recording compliance (continuous, major focus) — to zero stakeholder-callout incidents.
  • Provide incident data for the Manila Incidents Tracker when involved (tracker management sits at the Supervisor tier).
  • Log all incoming operational work in Jira — Accepted Bets, Dropped Feed, Sweep Requests, MTBS, VIP tasks, Pushbacks, Headshots, Future Sweeps, Retirements — for complete utilization tracking (~20-30 minutes per shift).

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
