Jewel Cafe (Makati City) Join a global Japanese luxury recycling brand with over 300 stores worldwide. We are hiring for our branch in Ayala Malls Circuit, Makati!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hospitality and assist customers in selling pre-owned luxury items (Jewelry, Watches, and Bags).
  • Handle inquiries and explain our purchasing services.
  • Support daily operations, including store maintenance and basic appraisal tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (Required).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Language: Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Skills: Basic MS Office and comfortable with PC use.
  • Availability: Willing to work on a shift basis (including weekends/holidays) following mall hours.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: ₱25,000
  • Allowance: ₱3,000 (Transportation)
  • Bonus: 13th-month pay
  • Paid Leave: 10 days in the first year, increasing up to 24 days after probation.
  • Training: Full training provided (no prior appraisal experience needed).

Work Schedule:
