Hi! Do you want to do challenging but exciting startup work?

Customer Success is the KEY position of Etsuka! One of the reasons why Etsuka has been growing rapidly is because of our CS. We take care of customers well which surprisingly not a lot of brands are doing. A CS position might not be good for a person who just wants to do routine work. We are a custom clothing brand and have a wide range of up to 18 sizes. We need someone who has good project management skills and has the “omotenashi” mentality as Japanese brands have (search omotenashi on google).

Job description

  • Check and respond to clients' email daily.
  • To reply, you need to coordinate with several team members such as shipping, inventory and operation.
  • Reply in 24 hours (except for weekends)
  • Fulfill the orders in Shopify once the shipping team has sent out the package
  • Handle and organize the cases using Notion board
  • Make sure all cases are taken care of and not dropped until resolved. Check and follow up with team members daily.

Requirement

  • Minimum one year experience in the related field
  • Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
  • Can empathize with the client and consider the client’s side feeling/perspective
  • Does not drop or miss on tasks (not dropping the ball)

Salary and setup

  • 30k~90k pesos, Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
  • Part time / Full time
  • Comfortable to work in the startup setup. Everything can be negotiable.
  • Flexibility for onsite work but hybrid can be possible if the output is great. Usually the training stage will be mainly onsite.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati City
