Full job description

We are building a team of Field Agents for Tendso. The work: visit walk-in businesses in your own area (bakeries, salons, eateries, shops), take a few photos with your smartphone, and ask the owner a couple of short questions.

You work in your own neighborhood, plan your own routes, and are paid per business you capture: up to PHP 2,000 per day, based on performance. No prior experience required. We provide coaching and simple tools.

What you need:

  • A smartphone with an HD or better camera
  • Mobile data or reliable internet at home
  • Willingness to approach and talk to businesses you do not know yet
  • Reliability and self-organization

Please note: this is not a data entry or virtual assistant position. It is an in-person role in your own area.
