At BrightDrop Virtual Assistants, we pride ourselves in only hiring the most talented & experienced virtual assistants in the Philippines & México. We have been in the business of contracting people to work from home since 2014.

We are currently seeking an AIRBNB CSR to support one of our U.S.-based client, a leading company dedicated to short-term rentals that manages luxury vacation properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, messages, and inquiries; assist guests with reservations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest needs promptly.
  • Communicate across phone, email, and chat with fast, professional responses.
  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately.
  • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (inbound voice or call center preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
  • Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection with a backup plan for power and connectivity.
  • Experience with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Marriott Homes & Villas is REQUIRED.

Required Equipment:

  • Hardwired Internet
  • Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or better, i5 8th Gen or higher, and 8GB RAM

Schedule:

This role operates within the following service window:

  • 8:30 am – 5 pm / 8 pm PST, Monday to Friday

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php42,000.00 per month
