• Customer Satisfaction Rating – Based on customer feedback and reviews.
• Order Accuracy Rate – Number of correct orders served versus total orders.
• Speed of Service – Average serving time per customer.
• Attendance and Punctuality Rate – Number of on-time shifts versus total scheduled shifts.
• Food Safety Compliance – Adherence to proper food handling and sanitation standards.
• Sales Contribution – Upselling performance and promotion of add-ons.
• Teamwork and Collaboration – Ability to work well with co-staff and management.
• Cleanliness and Store Maintenance – Consistency in maintaining store cleanliness and proper equipment handling.
• Product Knowledge – Familiarity with the menu and promotions to assist customers efficiently.
• Customer Complaint Handling – Ability to resolve customer concerns and provide a positive dining experience.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
