Administrative Assistant - Spanish Bilingual

Work Set-up: Work from Home

Work Shift: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining customer relationships - Provide product information and recommendations to clients - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Provide administrative support, such as samples and coolers ordering, deductions, planning, reporting, and data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain sales dashboards from different platforms such as AFS, COGNOS, TABLEAU & VIP.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  • Travel to National Sales meetings and industry events as needed (4-5 times per year).
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations.
  • Coordinate and prepare Sales Meetings to ensure time efficient and efficient

Qualifications:

  • 100%. Bilingual (English, Spanish) experience in a sales support or customer service role,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-work.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
