CSR- Spanish Billingual

Key Skills Required:

· Strong communication skills, proficient in Spanish, including comprehension of insurance terms

· Experience in a BPO / voice process & customer facing set-up

· Accurate data entry and typing skills

· Strong attention to detail, ability to identify conflicting information, critical thinker and able to handle and escalate complex issues to higher level support as needed

Qualifications:

Completed 2nd Year College with no back subject
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate

Willing to work onsite at BGC,Taguig

Willing to work on nightshift schedule

* Can be able to submit TOR for 2nd year College undergraduate without back subject

* Can be able to submit TOR and Diploma if College Graduate

Pay: Up to Php65,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
