Job Summary:

The SMAW Welder is responsible for performing Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) on structural steel and metal components in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SMAW (stick) welding on metal and steel components.
• Read and interpret welding drawings and specifications.
• Prepare materials and welding equipment before work.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school or vocational graduate.
• TESDA NC II in SMAW Welding is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant welding experience.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites or project locations.

Pay: Php850.00 - Php1,000.00 per day
