Job Summary:

The Security Inspector is responsible for inspecting and evaluating security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and security standards, and identifying potential security risks. The role involves conducting audits, investigations, and inspections to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and security procedures.
• Monitor compliance with company security policies and regulations.
• Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate security incidents, breaches, and violations.
• Prepare detailed inspection and incident reports.
• Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of security personnel.
• Ensure proper implementation of access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures.
• Perform risk assessments and security audits.
• Coordinate with security supervisors and management regarding security concerns.
• Verify that security records, logs, and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in developing and improving security policies and procedures.
• Conduct spot checks and surprise inspections when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in security operations, inspection, or law enforcement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of security principles, risk assessment, and investigation procedures.
• Strong analytical and observation skills.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
