Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Full Time Remote - US Timezone

Position Summary

A multi-faceted role supporting the Sales organization. This position assists with sales administration and program execution for key accounts, and provides broad support to the Sales team. The Sales Coordinator will complete analysis of sales performance data and identify opportunities that drive results for Sales, Category Management, and Finance teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Data Analysis

Analyze sales performance data and identify opportunities that drive results for Sales, Category Management, and Finance teams.

  • Perform cyclical and ad hoc sales reporting in the areas of sales trends, forecasting, and planning
  • Identify growth and opportunity for top brands, items, categories, and seasonal items
  • Utilize syndicated data to isolate success stories, opportunities for improvement, and recommend corrective actions as needed for assigned accounts
  • Create analyses and presentations to support business needs and uncover opportunities
  • Monitor promotional execution and performance, and recommend action plans for improvement
  • Analyze and track distribution gaps and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Prepare business reviews and top mover reports for key customers
  • Prepare and distribute analysis for the monthly category review process
  • Audit low-margin promotional pricing for key chains and capture lost billbacks
  • Review category pricing and identify opportunities to increase margin

Sales Support

Assist with sales administration and program execution for key accounts. Assist and support the Sales team.

  • Perform all administrative duties to support Key Accounts
  • Prepare and execute monthly category reviews
  • Prepare new item paperwork, deal sheets, and promotional submissions
  • Build promotional templates monthly and on an ad hoc basis
  • Assist in developing materials for Holiday and Tradeshow programs
  • Maintain and submit price changes
  • Manage pricing discrepancies — work with account admins to resolve
  • Update and maintain key account contracts with new or updated information
  • Communicate discontinued items and new items
  • Drive calendar processes for Account Managers

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills / Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High energy, self-starter, with a high degree of organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, proactive thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must be confident in preparing reports in Excel that require V-lookups, Filters, Pivot Tables, and IF/THEN commands; comfortable working with numbers and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: Php360.00 per hour
