Full job description
A Key Account Officer is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients while driving brand visibility and expanding the company’s market reach. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients both online and offline, and ensuring sustained sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients/accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships, activations, and marketing support
- Identify and tap potential clients both online and offline to expand the customer base
- Drive business expansion by exploring new channels, markets, and opportunities
- Monitor account performance and ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved
- Develop and execute account plans to grow sales and maximize revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for seamless execution
- Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Strong background in client acquisition and relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in both online and offline sales channels is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
