What You’ll Be Handling

Patient Support & Scheduling

  • Process appointment requests, modifications, and cancellations
  • Conduct outbound calls for confirmations and reminders

Information Assistance

  • Respond to inquiries related to services, procedures, and insurance coverage
  • Ensure patients receive clear and professional guidance

Data & Documentation

  • Input, verify, and maintain patient records
  • Ensure all entries meet required accuracy and compliance standards

Coordination & Issue Handling

  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling flow
  • Resolve basic concerns and properly endorse complex cases

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Completed at least high school (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/BPO
  • Healthcare account experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate systems efficiently
  • Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules
