What You’ll Be Handling
Patient Support & Scheduling
- Process appointment requests, modifications, and cancellations
- Conduct outbound calls for confirmations and reminders
Information Assistance
- Respond to inquiries related to services, procedures, and insurance coverage
- Ensure patients receive clear and professional guidance
Data & Documentation
- Input, verify, and maintain patient records
- Ensure all entries meet required accuracy and compliance standards
Coordination & Issue Handling
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling flow
- Resolve basic concerns and properly endorse complex cases
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Completed at least high school (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/BPO
- Healthcare account experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate systems efficiently
- Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules
