Marketing Team Lead

Location: Remote / Work From HomeSchedule: Monday to Friday | Australian ShiftSalary Range: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Team Lead to oversee marketing initiatives, manage team performance, and work closely with company leadership to support business growth.

This role requires a strong communicator who is comfortable collaborating directly with the CEO, clients, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a solid marketing background, leadership experience, exposure to B2B industrial markets, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to execute marketing initiatives and business priorities.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing goals and deliverables.
• Develop and oversee marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
• Prepare and present reports, performance updates, and marketing insights to leadership and clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure effective communication between departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and campaign effectiveness.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager, Marketing Lead, Team Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Strong marketing background with experience in planning and executing marketing initiatives.
• Experience working within the B2B Industrial Market is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience working directly with clients, senior leadership, executives, or business owners.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience preparing reports, analyzing performance, and presenting recommendations.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing remote teams.
• Experience working with international clients or businesses.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience scaling marketing operations and improving team processes.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
