Social Media Supervisor

We’re looking for a Social Media Supervisor to oversee our digital content efforts and lead a creative team in producing impactful, on-brand campaigns across platforms. If you’re both creative and strategic, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Associates
• Oversee daily content production for social media and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Content Production, and Art Direction teams on campaign planning and execution
• Review, approve, and optimize creative assets using performance data and insights
• Manage content calendars, workflows, timelines, and resource allocation while staying updated on digital trends

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid background in digital content, social media, and creative production
• Eye for branding, visuals, and storytelling
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making
• Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
• Amenable to working in N. Domingo, San Juan

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
