Production Manager - Motorcycles Industry - Marilao, Bulacan

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and schedule daily operations for assembly line technicians and quality control staff.
• Monitor production KPIs (throughput, cycle time, yield) to ensure weekly and monthly build targets are met without compromising safety.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles to eliminate bottlenecks, reduce waste, and streamline the assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
• Partner with the engineering team to maintain rigorous testing protocols for frame alignment, braking systems, and powertrain integration.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage floor-side inventory levels, ensuring parts availability aligns with the production schedule.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of production management or supervisory experience strictly within the motorcycle or powersports manufacturing industry. (Candidates without motorcycle/powersports manufacturing experience will not be considered).
• Deep understanding of two-wheeled vehicle mechanics, including chassis assembly, suspension tuning, torque specifications, and braking systems.
• Knowledge of, or a strong aptitude for, low-voltage electrical systems (lithium-ion batteries, hub/mid-drive motors, controllers, and wiring harnesses) is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kanban workflows.
• Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and clear communication skills under tight production deadlines.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
