We have an opportunity for an Account Manager of the Library Team under the Business Support department for PressReader Philippines. The role will manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. What You’ll Be Doing

As the Account Manager of the Library Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and fostering client relationships for our Americas educational accounts.

You will be responsible for supporting sales initiatives, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our clients receive the utmost value from our educational products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a sales support capacity as it offers opportunities for the expansion of our services to support other verticals and for business development as a long-term goal.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and handle account renewals, including generating quotes and conducting CRM activities with direction from Sales Managers/TM.
  • Provide first-line support for customer and account-related inquiries in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Manage accounts and develop trusted advisor relationships, especially with key accounts; Coordinate with the TM working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Activate trials for new and prospective clients and manage all related communications, including trial welcome notes, authentication setup, and ensuring that requirements are communicated to Territory Managers and clients.
  • Assess and assist the various Sales Team requests related to customer and account-related inquiries and provide solutions and recommendations
  • Conduct regular health checks, provide reporting on client service utilization, and analysis of usage trends and service opportunities; help increase usage; detect and prevent potential cancellations.
  • Help define, implement, and manage client communication plans to support product usage and growth following overall account strategy.
  • Proactively contact clients to check in, answer questions, identify training needs, and schedule training if needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to discuss overall and/or specific client needs and keep clients engaged in our products and services.
  • Work closely with the Technical Support Team with any technical and product-related concerns of Library customers and partners.
  • Business and contact research/data entry tasks.
  • Ensure that proper communication line is met with the team in Canada stakeholders
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or sales support roles.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for account management.
  • Proficiency in data entry, research, and usage of internal tools to track service utilization and client engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support customer inquiries, activate trials and manage client communications.
  • Ability to assess client needs, provide recommendations, and assist with inquiries
