Server/Receptionist Fine Dining Restaurant

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist/Server to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate provides exceptional guest service, manages reservations and seating arrangements, and delivers high-quality dining experiences with professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House Receptionist Duties

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth guest flow
• Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area

Server Duties

• Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages according to fine dining standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Process bills and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup

Pay: Php18,070.00 - Php25,000.00 per hour
