Job Summary

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring accurate order processing, timely coordination with clients, and consistent monitoring of product movement. This role supports the Key Account Manager in expanding account sales and executing trade programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily coordination with assigned key accounts (inquiries, follow-ups, PO tracking, delivery schedules)
• Process orders and ensure accuracy in pricing, SKU details, and delivery requirements
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and sell-out performance within assigned accounts
• Support the execution of promotions, listing requirements, trade activities, and content submissions
• Prepare weekly sales summaries, competitor checks, and activity reports
• Track account-specific issues (delays, returns, pricing discrepancies) to ensure zero unresolved concerns
• Assist KAM with new account onboarding, document requirements, and encoding forms

• KPIs
• Activate 3 new online/offline accounts per month
• Meet monthly volume target per assigned account
• 100% timely submission of weekly reports and account updates
• Achieve zero missed orders and zero unresolved client concerns within 48 hours
• Improve sell-out of 2 slow-moving SKUs monthly through suggested promos or bundling

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in sales admin, account support, e-commerce coordination, or related field is preferred. (Open to freshgrads and no experience in the same industry)
• Strong communication skills (follow-up, client coordination)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast turnaround times

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
