Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate driver routes (including but not limited to monitoring of real-time road conditions, traffic, and other factors to adjust driver routes as needed), ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Provide clear communication (e.g. give instructions, updates, directions) with drivers.
- Respond to emergency situations, including last-minute call-outs, and coordinate coverage without disrupting overall operations.
- Help resolve issues raised by the drivers regarding their assignment and vehicles and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
- Use tracking systems to monitor driver locations and performance.
- Prepare and submit detailed shift reports, including calls taken, coverage adjustments, and any significant incidents.
Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree holder, any course. High school graduates and college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and in a team setting while under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work ONSITE in Eastwood City, Brgy. Bagumbayan, Quezon City
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, and on holidays/weekends.
