Corporate Management Trainee

We are looking for high-potential, ambitious individuals to join our Corporate Management Trainee Program—a fast-track leadership development initiative designed to cultivate future leaders of JR&R Distributors Inc. This intensive program offers hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and strategic mentorship to prepare you for key management roles across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured rotational program across core departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Trade Marketing, Sales , HR, Warehousing).
• Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of key business projects under senior leadership supervision.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Attend executive workshops, leadership coaching sessions, and professional development training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
• Actively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shadow senior executives to understand corporate strategy and leadership behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required); master’s in business administration or equivalent is a plus.
• Preferably a CPA holder.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Strong academic background with leadership roles in extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel and relocate across locations as part of the training program.

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
