Accounting Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Accounting Manager (CPA) to oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments, with deep knowledge of project costing, cost accounting, and financial reporting. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial data, strong internal controls, and effective cost management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall accounting operations of the company
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting functions
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
• Manage project costing, product costing, and cost analysis
• Monitor manufacturing/FMCG cost structures including materials, labor, and overhead
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
• Coordinate audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong background in Manufacturing or FMCG industry is required
• Solid expertise in project costing and cost accounting systems
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per hour
