About the Role
We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruiter who can effectively source, engage, and hire qualified healthcare professionals. This role requires someone with experience navigating the unique challenges and requirements of healthcare recruitment, with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in healthcare hiring — this is essential.
- Background in physician hiring is a strong plus, but not required.
- Open to candidates with travel nurse recruitment exposure.
- Skilled in passive sourcing
- Strong candidate and stakeholder management
- Prior experience with U.S. healthcare hiring practices and requirements is a significant advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills
What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand healthcare hiring needs.
- Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
- Manage the half-cycle recruitment process an SSP-type: source, screen & present.
- Maintain a pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in U.S. healthcare staffing.
