The Opportunity We are looking for well-connected healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, medical consultants, administrators, etc.) to monetize their existing professional networks. As an Independent Partner, you will act as a bridge between our technology and private hospitals struggling with outdated systems or manual claims processing.

This is a flexible, 100% remote, independent contractor role. You choose your level of involvement.

How It Works (The Process)

• Identify a Prospect: Find a private hospital or healthcare organization in your network that needs a modern EHR/HIS. (Note: Due to public procurement laws, government institutions are strictly excluded).
• The Introduction: Initiate a direct, written email introducing a verified hospital decision-maker to an Agimat Health executive.
• Lock Your Lead: Once that email is sent, the hospital is exclusively registered to you for 12 months.

Compensation Structure (Cash Collected Basis) We offer two distinct partnership tiers based on your desired level of involvement:

• Tier 1: The Referral (Hands-Off)
• Compensation: 15% of Year 1 Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Your Role: Simply make the written email introduction. Our executive team handles all subsequent presentations, negotiations, and closing.

• Tier 2: The Co-Pilot (Highest ROI)
• Compensation: 30% of Year 1 ACV + 3% Recurring Royalty (Lifetime).
• Your Role: Make the intro, actively participate in presentation meetings alongside our team, and assist in navigating the hospital's procurement process to a close.

Partner Protections & Perks

• Fast Payouts: Commissions are paid within 15 days of funds clearing our bank.
• Survival of Commissions: If you ever leave the partnership program, it does not void your earned commissions. You will continue to receive your recurring royalties for closed deals as long as the client remains active.
• Zero Quotas: No minimums, no set hours. You manage your own pipeline.
