Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees, visitors, and materials to assigned destinations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while ensuring timely arrival and delivery
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel level, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) before and after use
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company driving policies
- Assist in the delivery and collection of documents, equipment, and supplies
- Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and trips
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately
- Coordinate with the Admin or Logistics team for scheduling and assignments
- Perform basic troubleshooting and arrange preventive maintenance and repairs
