Overview
WeLevel is building an AI-powered growth engine for small and midsize businesses. We combine Voice AI, automation, CRM, and content to help clients generate more appointments, close more deals, and operate more efficiently.
We’re looking for an outstanding Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own client relationships end-to-end. This is a high-impact role focused on helping SMB owners successfully adopt and grow with our platform.
You won’t just “support” clients. You’ll guide them, advise them, and help them win.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Onboarding & Launch

  • Own the onboarding process from kickoff through go-live
  • Guide clients through setup of Voice AI, CRM, automations, and funnels
  • Ensure all required assets (data, messaging, integrations) are collected and implemented
  • Set clear expectations on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Content Strategy

Client Success & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients
  • Run regular check-ins and strategy calls
  • Translate business goals into clear execution plans
  • Deliver a high-touch, “we do it for you” experience
  • Proactively identify risks and solve issues before they become problems

Strategic Advisory

  • Help clients understand how to get the most out of:
  • Voice AI (inbound + outbound)
  • CRM and automations
  • Lead generation and conversion workflows
  • Content and engagement strategies
  • Recommend optimizations to improve performance
  • Guide clients toward better outcomes (more appointments, better conversion, stronger ROI)

Performance & Retention

  • Own client outcomes and retention
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Drive adoption of key features and workflows
  • Ensure clients see clear, ongoing value

Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts
  • Recommend additional services or upgrades based on client needs
  • Collaborate with sales where needed, or directly drive upsells
  • Earn commissions and bonuses tied to expansion revenue

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and fulfillment teams
  • Translate client needs into clear internal action items
  • Ensure smooth execution across onboarding, support, and optimization

What Success Looks Like

  • High client retention and satisfaction
  • Fast, smooth onboarding and time-to-launch
  • Strong client adoption of core features
  • Measurable improvements in client outcomes (appointments, conversions)
  • Consistent expansion revenue from existing accounts

What You Bring
Core Experience

  • Experience managing client relationships (agency, SaaS, or consulting)
  • Comfortable working with SMB owners across industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts independently

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong communication — clear, confident, and professional
  • Strategic thinker who can connect tools to business outcomes
  • Organized and proactive — you don’t wait for problems
  • Able to operate independently while collaborating with a team
  • Comfortable learning and navigating platforms like GoHighLevel or similar

Technical Comfort (Not Heavy Engineering)

  • Able to understand and explain:
  • CRM workflows
  • Funnels and landing pages
  • Basic automations and integrations
  • Mid-level technical ability is a strong plus

  • Not a passive support role
  • Not purely technical implementation
  • Not just account management

This is a growth-focused, client-facing role where you help businesses scale using AI and automation.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to: Senior Customer Success Manager

Compensation

  • Base salary + performance bonuses
  • Commission on upsells and expansion revenue

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
