Position Overview

The Mandarin-Speaking Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers through structured training in China and Malaysia and hands-on exposure to all aspects of retail operations, leadership, customer service, merchandising, and business management.

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive development and may be considered for promotion as the company expands.

Work Location: Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Parañaque City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in management and leadership development programs.
  • Learn and execute daily retail store operations.
  • Support sales target achievement and business performance initiatives.
  • Assist in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and brand experience.
  • Support recruitment, employee engagement, and team development activities.
  • Analyze store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with local and regional management teams.
  • Translate and facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Retail Management, or any related course.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Professional appearance with a pleasing and engaging personality.

  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules as required by retail operations.
