Video Editor - AI Enabled

About this role

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media content, storytelling, branding, and performance-driven videos. We prefer someone with leadership skills who can help guide creative direction, organize workflows, and support the growth of a content team.

This is not for someone who only says they know AI. We are looking for someone who can show real AI-assisted outputs, such as AI-generated content ideas, scripts, captions, visuals, voiceovers, editing enhancements, repurposed videos, automated workflows, or improved creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, reels, campaigns, and brand content
• Create engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Use AI tools to produce actual creative outputs such as content angles, scripts, hooks, captions, subtitles, voiceovers, visual concepts, thumbnails, and video improvements
• Create AI-assisted sample outputs, drafts, variations, and content experiments for review
• Improve editing speed, workflow, and output quality through AI-enabled tools and processes
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and visual elements that match the brand style
• Understand hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and conversion-focused editing
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for content requirements
• Help plan content angles, video formats, and creative direction
• Organize video files, templates, assets, prompts, workflows, and editing systems
• Review content performance and suggest improvements based on results
• Lead or help guide junior creatives, editors, or content team members when needed
• Help build better creative systems, editing standards, and content production processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, Content Editor, Multimedia Artist, or similar role
• Strong skills in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
• Must be able to show actual AI-assisted outputs related to video editing, content creation, or creative production
• Comfortable using AI tools for scripting, content ideas, captions, thumbnails, voiceovers, visuals, automation, repurposing, and editing support
• Good sense of storytelling, pacing, branding, design, and social media trends
• Able to create engaging, clean, and performance-focused videos
• Leadership skills or experience managing creative workflows is preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects at once
• Proactive, resourceful, and open to feedback
• Able to work in a fast-moving and growing company environment
• Experience with ads, ecommerce content, product videos, or brand storytelling is a plus

Application Requirement:

Applicants must submit a portfolio or sample works, preferably including AI-assisted outputs such as:

• AI-generated video concepts or scripts
• AI-assisted captions, subtitles, or voiceovers
• AI-enhanced edits or visual assets
• AI-generated thumbnails or creative variations
• Before-and-after examples showing how AI improved the output
• Any workflow showing how AI was used to speed up or improve production

Preferred Qualities:

• Has initiative and can suggest creative improvements
• Can lead projects, organize timelines, and coordinate with a team
• Understands how to create videos that attract attention and drive action
• Knows how to use AI to create real outputs, not just ideas
• Willing to grow into a senior creative or content leadership role

Work set-up:

Onsite

Monday - Friday

9am- 5pm

Paid government mandated benefits.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
