Business Development Manager

To increase a retailer's market reach and sales by opening new store locations in suitable geographic areas, accessing new customer bases in untapped markets, enhancing brand visibility and recognition in new markets through strategic store placement. Ultimately driving overall revenue and profitability growth for the company.

Summary of Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and secure new business premises by scouting, evaluating, and negotiating with landlords for new or existing sites.
• Handle tenancy negotiations, renewals, terminations, and formalize agreements with landlords.
• Coordinate fit-out designs, renovations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and required permits.
• Liaise with designers, landlords, and contractors to oversee site progress, maintenance, and renovations.
• Prepare documentation for management approval and maintain a database to ensure timely tenancy renewals.
• Conduct feasibility studies on outlet performance and propose solutions for improvement.
• Manage on-site event coordination and address any other assigned tasks as needed.

Job requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or its equivalent.
• Five (5) years of working experience in retail chain, multi-level marketing or FMCG industries.
• Good working relationship with the Shopping Mall leasing would be advantageous.
• Possess strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• A high degree of integrity and commitment is required for this position.
• Possess good verbal and written skills in English. Speak and understand Mandarin will be added advantage)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
